In this consult we can go over what my services include and what your goals are to see if they align. I prefer we meet in person, this way we can get a feel for each others personality and if we feel like it's a good fit, but I can meet via phone call/facetime if needed. Birth is such an intimate and sacred space, it is more important to me that you find the right person to support you at your birth. I currently am booking for March, April, May and June for 2025.

My birth doula services include two prenatal visits where I help create a plan for birth, provide a walk through of your options, policies and questions you will face if you plan on delivering at the hospital, go over comfort measures/pain relief techniques like counter pressure/massage, answer any questions you have about pregnancy/birth and work through any emotional/mental blocks that may be causing fear and stress about your upcoming birth. As well, I am on call via text/phone call for support before birth. I then will attend your birth providing support (physically and emotionally), guidance and advocacy. Lastly, one postnatal visit is included to provide any resources/support or answers to questions about postnatal life. *All doula clients receive a $20 discount on all prenatal and postnatal massages* *Please book a free consult if you are interested*
